GENERAL
What is Primo Frames?
Primo Frames is your destination for rare and unique eyewear. We specialize in curating authentic vintage frames from the past 30+ years, alongside select new collections that align with our design standards and style vision.-
Do you only sell vintage frames?
While our foundation is in true vintage eyewear, we also offer a limited range of new collections. These include contemporary designs that meet our quality and aesthetic criteria, often produced in small runs or exclusive collaborations.-
Can I shop in person?
Yes! We offer private appointments at our showroom in Providence, RI. To check availability or book a session, please visit our Booksy page linked below. -
PRODUCT & SIZING
Are the vintage frames new or pre-owned?
Most of our vintage eyewear is new old stock (NOS)—never worn and preserved in excellent condition. If any frame is pre-owned or shows visible wear, that will be clearly noted in the product description.-
How do I know if the frame will fit me?
Each product listing includes detailed sizing (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). If you're unsure about fit, contact us—we're happy to help guide you.
-Do you sell prescription lenses?
Not at the moment. However, we do offer custom lens services for non-prescription options. If you see a frame you'd like in a different tint, lens color, or style (e.g. flat tint, gradient, mirror), we can customize it for you before shipping. -
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.-
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
-How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on customs and local delivery.-
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
-Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees. -
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Due to the limited-edition and vintage nature of our inventory, all sales are final. Please feel free to contact us before ordering with any questions—we’re happy to assist.-
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@primoframes.com with your order number and photos of the issue—we’ll make it right. -

Are your frames authentic?
Yes. All vintage frames are hand-sourced by our expert team and verified for authenticity. New collections are carefully selected or produced to meet our high standards of quality and originality.-
How should I care for my frames?
Avoid high heat, and always store your frames in a case when not in use. Use a microfiber cloth for cleaning lenses to maintain longevity.
